We are happy to announce our new service for our Clients. From the 1st of September, 2020 BioPartners offers you high quality virtual slides (whole slide images) of our banked FFPE samples. Our archive contains more than 1000 scanned images of different types of malignant neoplasms and normal tissues.
Besides, BioPartners offers slide scanning services to medical professionals and organizations at very affordable prices. What you need to do is to send us your glass slides with the completed order form and you will get them back along with the high-resolution and extra-quality virtual slides. Digital slides are either delivered on a DVD (in case of 1-2 glass slides) or an external hard drive. The slide viewing software will be provided as well. Scan type: illumination – bright field, objective magnification – 20x. Approximate size of the digital slide will be between 700MB and 2.5Gb. On your request, your FFPE (formalin fixed, paraffin embedded) or TMA tissue sample can be microtomed and H&E stained.
Also BioPartners offers you pseudonymized and anonymized CT / MRI / Pet-CT /Contrast enhanced CT scan images in DICOM format. Please contact us for additional information
