~ 1,000 donors per month (patients with symptoms of respiratory tract infections, or with symptoms of COVID-19)
Clinical information that we provide for each sample:
Gender, age, date of birth (month and year), race/ethnicity, date of first symptom onset, symptoms at the date of enrollment into the study, medications intake at the date of enrollment, date and time of signing of the consent form, date and time of sample collection, date and time of sample processing (other available information based on client’s request), test result – negative / positive, raw data with Ct values in a pdf or excel file.
Sample Types: Nasal, Nasopharyngeal, Oropharyngeal swabs (collected into 3ml Copan UTM), Whole blood, Plasma, Serum, Urine, Stool.
